Project Updates:

Des Moines IA.-October 17, 2007 The project construction is nearly completed.
The fourth and fifth floors are finished and final detail work continues on the second and third floors. The first floor indoor parking is now complete and in use for the new tenants now living on the fourth and fifth floors. There are 9 recorded sales and 12 pending sales over the last 90 days. Our initial fourth floor model unit, a corner one bedroom plus den, has received rave reviews over the past few months and a second fourth floor model, a smaller one bedroom unit, will soon be completed. This will give prospective buyers two excellent examples of what downtown living and an urban lifestyle are all about.

Des Moines IA.-December 21, 2006 The new exterior 'look' for 111 City Lofts will be completed by the end of the year. 5th floor drywall is 90% complete and finish painting is underway. 4th floor drywall is 75% complete. 3rd floor drywall is 30% complete. One and two bedroom models are completed and available for viewing on the second floor.

Des Moines, IA-December 21, 2006 This is an exciting time for 111 City Lofts. As of Thursday, 39% of the green building's units have been sold! 26 of the total 66 units in the downtown loft-style condominium building are under contract. The high-ceilinged spacious condominiums are being purchased as primary residences, investments and downtown pied-a-terres for those wanting to supplement their house and yard with an urban space of their own. The 4th and 5th floors should be completed by early February 2007 with the entire project completed by late April of 2007.

Des Moines, IA - April 24, 2006 Interior demolition is nearly complete and the
exterior openings for the new terraces has started. Country Home Magazine's two
show room apartments are under construction for their use in early July of this
year.

Des Moines, IA - September 16, 2005 The first phase of demolition at 111 10th Street has begun! The old LOOK building is beginning its transformation into 111 City Lofts.

As of Monday, over 25 percent of the green building's units have been sold! sixteen of the total 64 units in the downtown loft-style condominium building are under contract. Demolition is scheduled to start in September.

Des Moines, IA – March 29, 2005 Verde Partners, LLC announced today 111 City Lofts’ entry into the residential real estate market with Burnett Realty. The building, located at 111 10 th Street in downtown Des Moines, was acquired in December and formerly housed LOOK magazine, Meredith Corporation and EDS Corporation.

The property is in the process of being converted into 64 condominium apartments designed by Baldwin White Architects.

Tim Rietz of Burnett Realty will be leading Burnett’s sales team. “We are really excited to be part of the current dynamic growth in building and development that is taking place downtown,” says managing member of Verde Partners, Robert Bergazyn. “This is a great time to be working on a project like this, and we are thrilled to have a hand in downtown’s renaissance.”

Construction will be completed winter 2006.
